When you browse as a tourist, you can still use many KingMa products or services, such as searching, controlling Bluetooth devices, or browsing the functions on the KingMa app. Before you interact with our products, please read this privacy policy carefully to understand our purpose and security measures to collect and handle your data, including how we use, store, share and transfer personal data.

1．What information do we collect from you and how do we use it?
1.1 Information we collect during your use of the service
Details related to your device: To realize the functions of smart device binding, control, and management of the device, we need to collect the following information about you: device name, model, version, MAC address, IP address, device operating status, and setting parameters.
Smart devices and application upgrades: To achieve application version upgrades and smart device firmware version upgrades, we need to collect the following information from you: the type of your bound device, phone model, version information, firmware version, and other information for detecting and downloading new versions.
Location information: When you enable the location function of your mobile device through system authorization and use location-based services, we will collect and use your location information for quick device connection, search for nearby devices, device lists, and other functions.
If you do not provide the above information, we will not be able to provide you with device discovery, control, management functions of the KingMa application, and you are not able to use the services provided by smart devices.
WLAN information: To detect smart devices and connect to WLAN networks, the KingMa application needs to access the phone's location permissions, and obtain its lists, names, and passwords. The WLAN password belongs to sensitive information which is only used locally and will not be uploaded to the server.
1.2 Device permission call
Location permissions: To achieve the interaction between the KingMa application and smart devices, we need to obtain the system's WLAN list and Bluetooth device list. According to the Android system permission application principle, we need to obtain your location permission to read the Wi-Fi list and Bluetooth device list for quick connection of devices, search for nearby devices, device list, and other functions.
Storage permissions: To provide you with caching services, we need to obtain read and write mobile phone storage permissions, which are used to provide caching services and save device operating status, page information, and etc.
Album/Camera Permission: To realize the use of avatars, problem feedback, and other functions in the KingMa application, you need to enable this permission for reading photos stored on the device or taking photos/videos.
In addition to the permissions above, this application needs to turn on Bluetooth when connecting to a Bluetooth device. If it is not turned on, it will not be able to connect to the device. You can turn off Bluetooth through the system "Settings".
You can visit the system "Settings" at any time to manage the permissions of this application.
2．Sharing your personal information with third parties
To ensure that we provide you with the services described in this privacy policy, we may share necessary personal information with third parties such as partners, including:
Disclose your personal information to third-party service providers who provide us with certain business-related services, such as website hosting, data storage facilities, customer support services, email sending services, and other similar services, to ensure that they can provide us with Provide services.

However, your decision to withdraw your consent or authorization will not affect the previous processing of personal information based on your authorization.

KingMa is a global company headquartered in China. KingMa can use overseas facilities operated and controlled by KingMa to process or back up your personal information. We currently have data centers in Shenzhen and the United States.
